SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is a flat-rate fee of $8.50 no matter how many items you purchase.

 

IF you live close by or plan on being in the area then you can select N*O*J's "In Store Pick-Up" by messageing us.  You will not be charged for shipping and your item(s) will be ready after you receive email confirmation.

 

Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier. 

Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. 

 

 

We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier. If you are unable to receive USPS shipments to your current address please contact us and we will be happy to work something out for you.

 

 RETURNS

N*O*J prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service.  If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition, tags attached, with original receipt.  No refunds will be issued for items purchased. A store credit will be issued for returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must have original sales receipt with the date of purchase exceeding no more than 15 days. N•O•J reserves all rights to refuse an exchange on any merchandise not returned in its original condition.

 

Items must be received in their original condition.

 

✻ All original tags must remain attached.

✻ No signs of wear, damaged, washed, and/or altered.

✻ Shoes must be returned in the original box.

✻ Shoes must have no signs of wear on the bottom or any visible scuff marks.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

N*O*J Boutique respects the privacy rights of its online visitors and recognises the importance of protecting your information collected. All personal information collected to process and fulfill your order is to be minimal, private, correct, safe and most importantly, in the control of the individual.

We do not share credit card information with any third parties, other than for the purpose of processing payments for the product you have ordered.

We will only ask for and use relevant personal information necessary to conduct our business.

We collect personal information in the normal course of providing services for our customers. These services include:

  • Enrolling a Customer in the N*O*J Boutique's Email Loyalty Program

  • Accepting customer orders

  • Processing online purchases and payments

  • Providing contact details to authorised Couriers, or their agents, for the specific purpose of delivering customer purchases

  • Registering an online account

  • Maintaining Email Loyalty Membership database

  • Processing credit card purchases

  • Arranging product holds

  • Providing you with relevant consumer information

  • Notifying you of new products, offerings, sales etc
